Impossible feat

June10

Some said it couldn’t be done but I managed to remove the polish from my toenails and repaint them – all without passing out from lack of oxygen.  It is quite a trick when you can barely bend at the waist.  It might be the last time I manage to do it without help.

No photo – I didn’t say it was a neat paint job and my toes look like fat little sausages by the end of the day.  Tomorrow?  I might try to shave my legs.  If you don’t hear from me, send help because I’m passed out in the tub from trying to bend.

I remember those days………that is when hubby does pedicures. Here’s a little note: I painted my toenails myself the night before I had each of the girls. Not sure why you need to know that, but just thought I would share.

Good luck with your adventures tomorrow!

That is quite impressive! I don’t think I would have attempted nail-painting during pregnancy. You’re very brave! 😉

I’m in awe. I can barely bend down to buckle up a sandal before I start to see spots – painting ONE toe would be a problem forget about all 10! And as far as the leg shaving goes….I have to do this….I have had to do this since Friday…it must be done prior to going to the doctor tomorrow…I’m not sure how I’m going to do it though.

I have assigned the home pedis to my husband. But I will take on sasquatch traits before I’ll let him near me with a razor.

I’m a few weeks behind you…my legs have recently just been getting the ankle to knee cap treatment. My toenails are bare though and they will stay that way. The hard part is keeping them trimmed since I only wear flip flops now!

Yes, unfortunately at 300 lbs of morbid obesity I’m nearly that immobile myself (my tummy is, though fortunately, more flabby, unlike a solid baby in a pregnancy bump).

I think I have through being this obese gained a unique insight into what some of the difficulties of being pregnant *might* be like (pulling shoes and socks on and off is not a piece of cake either!).

    Best wishes.

P.S. Have loved all the recent Sabrina pics and video clips — have you got her enrolled for dance classes already?!

Oh the horrendous task of leg shaving. It’s so awful. I’m terrified of falling as I try to balance on one leg. I’m REALLY close to considering waxing. Just another reason (and there are MILLIONS) to get pregnant in August next time and have a kid in May. Up here there’s NO need to shave from October on!
