2 months

Happy 2 months Miss Tessa.

I’m already missing my newborn and feeling a little sad that we’ll never have a newborn in the house again.  I am surprised to feel that way because I never thought I would enjoy a newborn but Tessa changed my mind.  Children have made me hyper aware of how quickly time passes.

Unfortunately time doesn’t slow at all. With mine being one and two, I definatley miss when they were little. They get big way too fast. Being around my friend’s little one really makes me miss when mine were little.

Oh, my, I know what you mean. The Baby turned one and I think, shouldn’t I be in my skinny jeans by now? LOL She’s adorable! I will always stalk newborns and surely be one of those crazy ladies in stores that will attempt to hold a stranger’s baby. I now understand.

LUV this picture and her little tiny mohawk.

Kids do make you realize how time flies by. Didn’t seem that way when I was waiting to be a parent!!

    Happy 2 months Miss Tessa!

I know, my little man turns one month tomorrow. I secretly get pissed when people tell me how big he has gotten.

She’s so beautiful, Michelle and Steve. Really. You guys did good!!!
I totally know what you mean about the newborn thing…I think it is a hormonally induced thing that we women have genetically preprogrammed into us. I still feel that way and I am on many days SO DARN SURE that we don’t want anymore kids…and am def getting too darn old for more kids…but…there is something about newborns that turn me to mush.

Where did that time go? She is loosing that newborn look. While that is sad, isn’t it fun to see her developing a personality and gettitng to know here more?

    Never say never…..

Wow – that WAS fast. Happy 2 months. She looks like a little Cutie doll. I have found two sayings to be so true with children “The days are long, but the years are short” and “Other people’s children grow faster than my own.” We don’t step back enough with our own kids to see how they are changing and growing.

Such a sweet baby girl. I dreaded the 5 month mark for some reason. I just knew I’d never have my little baby anymore. Enjoy the cuddles while you can.

She is the cutest doll, reminds me of a cupie doll. Love that saying Vanessa quoted ” the days are long, but the years are short!” So true!
